I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. Why are they trying to compare their place to these high ends hotel when super 5 not a high ends hotel!!.. it a motel not a hotel. Big differences.

While the location is great and very close to the 427 highway, I was not satisfied with the location. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, burn marks on the walls and sheets, and did not feel comfortable. I would only recommend this place for those travelling on a very strict budget but overall, it's probably best to skip altogether.

I found the washroom wall and door not clean. I also
found it hard to sleep because the heater made way to
much noise. The Beds were fine. Unfortunately it's
hard to say I stay again because of these faults.

It’s ok to stay here. Consistent smell is there which leads to headache , no complains about staff , very nice and cooperative. It’s reagrafing location and cleanliness which bothers

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. It was very cozy and clean. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating. We had no issues with parking or feeling unsafe. Will definitely be revisiting !

The place really quiet. Everything you need is around the Super 5 Inn. The receptionist gave us an excellent service. We recommend.

Worst experience in a hotel ever! Room had dirty garbage in it. Room had fruit flies and ants. Front desk went into the room and reported there was nothing wrong with it. On my final night management finally offered a discount and room change. It has been a few weeks and I still have no received a refund and have been getting the run around on the phone for 2-3 weeks. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not feel comfortable or clean is such a dirty motel. Not worth saving the money, definitely stay somewhere else.
