This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!

空港到着が23時、長旅で疲れていたのですぐに空港送迎サービスへ連絡しましたが、待っても迎えがこず、結局1時間半待っても来ませんでした。親切なカナディアンと他のホテル送迎のドライバーが見兼ねて私をこのホテルまで連れて行ってくれたので、助かりましたが、それがなかったら今頃どうなっていたかわかりません。異国であり多少待つかと思いましたが、これほどの最低なサービスを受けるとは思いませんでした。サービスでもないですね。二度と宿泊しないと思います。1つが悪いと他にいいことがあっても全部無しになるというのはまさにこのこと。まぁ他にいいことと言ったらモーニングコーヒーが受付にあるくらいでした。

This Comfort Inn was exactly what we would expect at the price point, and the staff were exceedingly polite. The attached restaurant serves a wide variety of food, including a number of Indian dishes. It was quite good.

Front desk was amazing. I was yravelling woth elderly parents and Lucky at the front desk went the extra mile to ensure they were taken care of. He booked their shuttle, got them late check out and was so kind. Shout out to Lucky!!

Their shuttle didn't circulate to Terminal 3 at Pearson and when we called it took more than 30 minutes to arrive
