舊式温泉酒店服務員一般都很有禮，房間設施有點舊但很清潔，一泊二食自助早晚餐都很豐富。

I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. This hotel may lack the river views of other hotels in Misasa, but that mattered little as the centre of the town is only a short walk away, while the stay is equally luxurious at a more affordable price. I highly recommend a stay here.

가성비 최악입니다. 웃풍이 세서 춥고 시설은 낡아서 녹이 슬어있습니다. 요나고나 주변 지역의 호텔대비 3배정도 비싼데 시설이 너무 열악하네요. 라듐온천은 그냥 그래요. 방에선 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다.

蟹料理を食べるツアーでの宿泊でした。蟹は鳥取産ではないでしょうが、料理の味付けは良かったし種類も量も多く、なんとか完食できました。蟹の場合は2時間くらいは食事時間が必要かも。朝食は普通。温泉はラジウム泉で、気持ちよかったです。残念ながら露天風呂は山側なので景色は楽しめません。また、露天風呂に浮かんでいる枯れ葉が気になる人もいるかもしれません。部屋は華翔苑の西側で大山が綺麗に見えました。3部屋もあり掃除も行き届いており快適に過ごせました。スタッフの応対も良かったと思います。広い庭園がある温泉旅館ですが、湯快リゾートですのでシステムは基本変わりません。古いのでロビーの絨毯などのシミなどが目立ちましたが、庭を眺めながらゆったりとするのも良いと思います。全国旅行支援でお得に宿泊できました。特別なレジャー施設は近くにないので、温泉をゆっくり楽しむには良いところです。

今回が3回目の宿泊ですがリニューアル後ははじめてでした。部屋はいつも通り古いが趣きのあるさつき苑にしました。内部は以前とさほど変わりはありませんが畳が厚み1cm位のユニット畳で硬く、端が浮いてつまづきそうになりました。また、チェックイン時にはすでに布団が敷いてあり、室内で落ち着く事ができず窮屈でした。 食事は夕食もバイキング形式でテーブル横を四六時中、人が通り、さらに、「◯◯が出来上がりました」などという大きな声の案内が何度もあり、まるで居酒屋かファミレスで食事しているようでくつろげませんでした。 最後にチェックアウトの精算が自動精算機で前の人がクレームを言っていたので待つ事になりました。1台しかないのでイライラでした。 せっかく、温泉に入り、ゆっくりしたかっただけに残念でした。リニューアルはレベルダウンでした。 気に入っていましたが、次はないです。

4年ぶりの訪問です。予約していた一番安い部屋から、コロナ禍で客数が少ないせいかグレードアップしてもらいました。広ーい部屋で、使わない（使えない）部屋も２つあり、エコ爺としては暖房のエネルギーがもったいなく感じましたが、滞在するには大変快適でした。お風呂もなかなか良かったです。宿泊翌日にはカラオケルームも（無理を言って？）使わせてもらい、雪のせいで予定が一つなくなったので助かりました。夕食は会席料理ですが、茹でカニを一生懸命食べている間に、てんぷらなど暖かい料理や、味の濃い料理が次々出てきて、ちょっと残念でした。カニの時はいろいろ出る会席ではなく、カニだけを食べる方が良さそうですね。次回以降の反省材料にします。

宿泊当日は雪が降っており、ホテルの庭園、お風呂も広く露天風呂でも雪景色を楽しませていただきました。朝出発時には駐車していた車の雪が払ってあり寒い中でのお心遣いに感謝です。
