There was no power backup so ac n lift didn't work at times. Cleanliness of room was not upto the mark. But staff behaviour is very polite and good mannered

The hotel facilities were pathetic. Dirty laundry, dirty utensils, no toiletries, leaking bathroom. Food quality also pathetic
