Staffs are nice and professional, speaks good English, prompt in responding to the issues we had during our stay.
Rooms are spacious, clean bedsheets and towels. Free parking is also available for hotel guests.

Downside is that as this hotel is kind of old, the infrastructure is showing signs of aging and lack of maintenance. Some issues we had were things like broken door locks, faulty lights, damaged cabinet doors.....
Room lighting is also more on the warm ambient side. Personally, I'd have preferred it brighter.

Overall a pleasant stay. Mega Hotel is also within walking distance to two major shopping malls, convenient location and great service. Would be perfect if they did some revamp on their infrastructure. :)

I would stay in Mega Hotel for all my coming visits to Miri to confirmed. No where less.
I really like the room and facilities provided.

Staying in Mega hotel, where many things are nearby. And grab is easy to get if u move around the city centre. We went to the pool every morning even though there is no lifeguard and the pool is not so clean but the scenery is amazing. U can see the MIRI signboard on top of the hill from the pool area. Although the hotel feels old, it is clean.

hi hi, I am here for work. basically not much time spending in the hotel. this hotel location is convenient to me and you can easily find it. The room is fine, comfortable, after a day of tired work .I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available.
Oh Ya....staff is friendly , helpful and welcoming too.

Located near the Permaisuri Imperial mall and you can hv your meals at SCR behind the hotel. This is my second stay in this hotel and we love the King sized bed. Most of all, the buffet spread was pretty good. It is easy to get Grab rides from here to the destination you want.
