Todo estuve muy bien, el único problema es que cuando llegamos no hubo luz por unas 3 horas y para entrar a las habitaciones teníamos que regresar a recepción, por otro lado todo muy limpio, muy bien trato y la comida deliciosa

Overall it was a very good stay. We only stayed for one night as we were leaving to Cusco on the next day.
Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Omar gave us dining recommendations and was extremely helpful. Kudos to him! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of food. Also, the hotel location is unbeatable.
Cons: Hotel could probably aware guests about the tiny parking space. Parking is a little bit tricky since a small elevator has to be used. SUVs are a little tricky to park there. Also, some of the facilities are starting to get a little old, nothing too bad but some minor improvements could go far.
Overall, great experience.

A very loud party was in the courtyard with loud music and girls screaming. Even on the 11th floor we could not sleep until it stopped at 10.A hotel is for sleep and relaxation. Unable to access the courtyard for a drinks and relaxation as an evening show was in the dining area so you couldn’t access the courtyard. as gold card members, we had to beg for a late checkout.

Great welcoming hotel. Enjoyed our stay, the pool was nice on the roof. Breakfast included in the morning was a nice way to start the day.

Ok hotel for the price. We stayed four nights and as Gold Members we qualified for an upgrade. The room they gave us was definitely outdated and not in great condition. Also the view was over looking not so nice looking rooftops. The bed was comfortable, water pressure and hot water was great. The WIFI was good. Overall for the price with breakfast I would stay here again as the location of the hotel is in a good area but I would pass on the upgrade.
