Hotels in Minsk

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

All good time of day! Today I write a review about the Maaal hotel in 2**. I will not write much, one word about the main in my opinion! :) I will say at once, we chose this hotel not by chance, because before that we stayed in another hotel of the IT network and we really liked everything! Here the exact hit of the price and quality and places Better! It is important! Well, we stayed with the family for one night. What was important for us: it was a hotel with two rooms, that is, there are life cases, that for understandable reasons, all guests can't sleep in one room. Here, as I said, two rooms! That is, you actually save on an extra room. The room itself is simple but very clean and as my dad said, “With lush, white beds”:)).In the room, I will immediately say, there is no teapot and refrigerator! But at that hotel 2 stars. In the morning, we went for breakfast (yes, breakfast is included, And for us it was very important). Breakfast - perfect!!! ... Believe, not in all 3 stars, there will be such choice and the main thing, on which I drew attention, it is the purity of tables, the choice of diverse dishes for breakfast and, noticed that the fast-destructive products such as the tortogether, Eggs and etc. were in small refrigerators, but not cute? ! Yes, forgot to say about the location of this hotel - behind the city, next to - IT technologies park. But! What air there 👌, after all around the pine:) One word - worthy!!!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. I went up just up and brought. And I got a bag and the girls at the restaurant: If anyone else would ask? They still have no creep or kefir for breakfast. Like class. Here are the cinemas and the Germans simple. But we have organized a wonderful review of Minsk, and thank you for that, relatives! Now understand why ”four” with tension?

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

We were in this hotel not the first time and as always everything was on the top. Beautiful spacious room, large bathroom, large swimming pool with panoramic windows overlooking the park, sauna and jacuzzi.

Hotel maximum one night!!! More or less pleasant memories remained at our family about morning breakfasts, but it is better to come to the opening, because the principle *who has managed, he has eaten*, works. Yoghurts and glaze raw materials after finishing were not filled. But it is not critical .... It was something to eat and beyond. A lot of claims to the work of the plumbing - did not work a plumbing in the shower cabin, water through the rifts at the bottom of the cabin merged on the floor where it was found, as the plumbing in the floor was located above and did not perform its function. The holder for the shower was broken. Referred to the recipe not once, but nothing changed!!! The condition of the room - frankly dirty number already at the time of settlement, on the chairs was scared to sit, very dirty seats. And the maid at us washed them with a .... And before that she did not come to her head? The covers on the beds were more like sex straps, the tumbos inside at all probably never washed-residual food and other, too I can say about the windows. But *the highest pilot* is a carpet on the floor of the room .... I think that on the street the roads are cleaner, as they are cleaned more often and more frequent!!!! I understand that this is a sports hotel, where they come to collecting and there is no choice, and therefore there are no claims, but there come and ordinary people, so the rooms need to clean up quality, though once every four days, As we were informed on the recipes .... I very hope that my comments will be heard and the hotel will become better!

The hotel has not Spa , swimming pool but there are 3 stars employee . All My negative feelings were finished regarding their service . The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems. Normally, a star becomes a star in a workplace, and he or she saves that business, but when two star employees come together, they save the country. In rare cases, if three star employees come across the same shift, they can change the whole world with their excellent service and friendly approach. All my negative thoughts about your hotel and your country were changed by these three heroes Yildiz on my last night in the country. You are very, very lucky to have had the opportunity to work for them. How proud you are of them.
