Beautiful B & B. Great location, not far from Porlock. Wonderful bedrooms, very comfortable. Phone charger, plugs by the bedside. High speed Wifi. Dressing gowns for the to die for bathroom. There's an Honesty Bar plus tea and coffee to help yourself to. Lots of places to sit and read downstairs, cosy sofas with a picture window to distract you plus benches outside. The breakfasts are great, lots of choice and cooked to order. I believe you can order a massage or facial too which I will look into as returning in September. This is no ordinary B & B. This is an extraordinary B & B and Gary is a wonderful host. If you are into Hiking Emoor offers lots of trails. If you're into chilling then this is also the place for you.

Up there with the best B&B we've stayed at. Bossington Hall is magnificent. Our room was large and beautifully decorated, our ensuite was as big as some bedrooms we have stayed in. The grounds are spectacular and the staff were delightful. We were so impressed we booked and are going back in early September.

Beautiful location, stunning views, very welcoming, very comfortable rooms, great breakfast. We stayed overnight after hiking around Exmoor and couldn't have asked for a better place! We wish we had stayed for a few more nights to soak up the ambience!

The Bossington Hall team made our stay very comfortable throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend this deluxe B&B. The attention to detail from the food, the drinks bar, cheese board to the rooms is second to none. There’s quite literally nothing to find fault on.. just wish we’d stayed a few days longer…

A fantastic accommodation and setting that was just what we were looking for to relax and take time out to unwind. The hosts and staff were very friendly and allowed us to enjoy our surroundings and meal times throughout our 4 day stay. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are so comfortable and decorated to a very high standard with everything that you would expect to make your stay an unforgettable experience. My wife and I look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

A stay at Bossington Hall doesn't disappoint. Its location, beauty and views set the scene as you arrive, and once inside you immediately appreciate the luxurious, relaxing atmosphere and carefully curated rooms. The breakfasts are fabulous and Guy and his staff are welcoming and helpful, yet unobtrusive. The whole place is enchanting, comfortable and a great place to stay whatever the weather. We would love to return.

An amazing place, stunning building and grounds. Bossington Hall is both welcoming and quietly luxurious. Guy is a fantastic host and we had a marvelous time. Breakfasts were outstanding, I love thick bacon and the pastries were stunning. We're definitively coming back!!

From the moment on arrival The view is just absolutely beautiful The sound of the sheep, lambs, horses and owls is magical Bossington is everything and more Outstanding rooms excellent service Clean, outstanding breakfast The grounds are lovely with tennis court and Lake The splendor of Bossington should be experienced highly recommend Guy the owner goes above and beyond to help with any requests Will return

Question - how does someone without a background in hospitality (as far as we're aware), get it more right than 90% of people in the hospitality industry? The attention to detail, the touches in each room, the standards; everything was exemplary. My wife and I have many years in the business and can be hypercritical. So many places we've stayed in have fallen below our expectations, but Bossington Hall exceeded them in all areas: even before we arrived, the information received made us feel relaxed and the local restaurants stood up to their recommendation. I almost didn't write this review, selfishly not wanting too many to discover it!!
