When we checked in, we were greeted and served with a welcome dessert and Japanese tea. The room was big in Japanese context with a split-level design and a courtyard. The room has all the amenities you would expect. We liked the settings of the "talking room", in which light music was played in the background. There are also coffee and tea available in the "talking room". Breakfast and dinner were truly delicious. Perhaps, the only downside is that the size of the onsen hot tub in the room is a bit small.

挺好滴～店家很熱心～還可以到黑川巴士站車站接送～早飯晚飯都不錯～都在同一個單間～按約定時間去就可以了～

I went with my wife and infant son. The staff were extremely accommodating of my young baby and were all so warm and welcoming. We booked a room with a private bath, which made taking care of our baby a lot easier. The overall a**osphere was beautiful and very relaxing. You can also tell that there was a lot of thought and effort put into the meals as well. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

The hotel is very cute with nice staffs and delicious food. The hot spring is also very great which customer could choose the room you like. They would make you have dinner and lunch in a private room which it won’t be bothered by others. It really deserves to stay from 3pm to 11am to enjoy the greatest services from this hotel. The light at night during winter season is also adorable for a short walk after dinner.

A little bit far from hakata or kumamoto. If you use the public traffic, you can call the hotel staff (email is ok) to help to take you to the hotel. The hotel's a**osphere is good and service alao well. There have several free private hot springs. But your room have no bath room and have to go public hot spring to take a bath. It might be inconvenient.
