Loved the apartment.Great location , it made it easy for us to get to tourist attractions. The staff was really helpful . The space was clean and well maintained. Bob is very quick to help with everything you need.

Not recommended at all! 0 safety for the guests, special in case of fire. Unfortunately not professional hotel, at all. Very poor breakfast, not clean enough and most important is the door which was not opening when we wanted to leave. We were wandering about safety which was very poor. That’s very very important in case of fire!

Lovely appartment with many nice details such as yoga matresses, polaroid camera, Bialetti, etc. to use. Customer service responded fast when needed and was very friendly. The place is located close to the Duomo and in a nice area. Overall a perfect place, we‘d book it again!

We enjoyed 5 days at Bob W’s place room 207. Everything was great, nice and clean! The coffee upon arrival was delicious and when empty we just got another. Eminent service and great location close to center and other popular areas.

Quiet, beautiful. Great location, lots of thoughtful details in the room! Nice, not old building, beautiful interior. Convenient entrance. Excellent online support. Good beds, good linens, enough towels and shower amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped. I especially liked the presence of a clean sponge for washing dishes and a kitchen towel.

the location , clearness and the value were excellent , while the sofa bed wasn't good. the rrom was simple, and the service is ok. the digital system it's working, but the outside door was a litlle problem.

Perfect location for our convenience, clean & very neat. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking around the area. Never got to use the gym, this time around. Would have used laundry facilities if was staying a few days longer. Our overall experience was beyond our expectations. Will definitely use you again & recommend you our friends & family
