地理位置優越，去大教堂和壁畫太近了差不多五十米。早歺很好。服務員很有禮貌

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect, centraler kan niet. Echter, het verdient geen 5 sterren (4 hoogstens). Het hotel en de kamers zijn aan opfrissing toe. Het ontbijt was veel te duur voor wat je kreeg en de service aan het ontbijt was erbarmelijk (totaal onopgeleide dame die precies nog nooit in een ontbijt had verzorgd en zelfs geen koffie kon uitschenken zonder te morsen...). Geen 5 sterren waardig. Het baliepersoneel was wel super vriendelijk. Kortom: qua ligging super maar eerder 4 dan 5 sterren. De prijs was anderzijds ook wel veel lager dan die van andere 5-sterrenhotels van Milaan. Dus price performance +/- OK, behalve het ontbijt.

Fantastic location & service. Amazing team that took care of all my needs. From booking restaurants to best ways to travel to recommending best places to get them special groceries to bring home. Felt super comfortable staying at the gray. Keep up the good work!

A wonderful stay. The accommodation was all I expected but the staff made the experience for my work colleague and I exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble including ensuring that some items I had inadvertently left behind, were packaged and collected post my departure. The perfect location to have a little bit of adventure in between work commi**ents.

This hotel was great. It was centrally located to the galleria and Milan cathedral. Ricardo was kind enough to upgrade our room which had an amazing view of the galleria. The hotel was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again when in Milan.

Sadly we will be checking out of The Gray Milan tomorrow - it has been a fantastic stay here, and we would definitely stay again, and recommended to friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful – we are really enjoyed talking to them and they have been so helpful and attentive. The location is spectacular – we walk out of the hotel front front door and have a view of the Duomo. You couldn’t ask for a better location The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and full of all the amenities you could want. Our room has a view of Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II which is gorgeous. They have a small bar downstairs, and a cozy place to enjoy breakfast. When it rained, they had umbrellas for us to use. This was our second visit to Milan, and we would definitely stay at this luxury hotel again next time.

This place will make you feel more like home! The hospitality you get from the first step inside the hotel until you leave is outstanding, special thanks to Daniele and Ricardo, very amazing people will help you all through your stay and are willing to suggest and gives you tip all around the city, they take in consideration every aspect of your trip, I can keep writing and won’t give them enough credit, one last thing, the location is at the center of everything! Very beautiful location close to the Duomo, food and shopping. The hotel was very clean, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The inside was quiet and, despite being on a busy pedestrian street, the majority of the outside noise was blocked due to good sound-proofing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Only criticism - the wifi did not work well. If you don't have a working phone and depend on wifi to do most of your communicating and planning, this was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Nice boutique hotel, ideally placed for getting to know Milan. Excellent service, good restaurant (though without a view) and decent value. Would have appreciated tea as well as the coffee in the room - when that's the only problem, the hotel must be pretty good!
