這是我們在意大利旅遊最滿意的一家酒店。屋內設施特別齊全，有洗衣機，微波爐，烤箱，洗碗機，咖啡機，熱水壺，冰箱。鍋碗瓢盆都很齊全。我們自己煮了意麪，烤了披薩。套房很大，吃飯不擁緊。乾淨衞生舒服。電動百葉窗也是第一次見。屋內有空調，電視，沙發。牆上的油畫裝飾品很有特色，給人舒服愉悦的感覺。交通特別方便，離地鐵太近了。馬路對面有家樂福超市，樓下有甜品店。有自助check in 視頻，不費力。有電梯，雖然比較狹窄，但總比沒有強。我們住了兩晚，特別喜歡。

酒店現場根本沒有服務人員。一個貌似印度人的年輕男子在整棟樓做門衞，他衹會告訴你要下載whatsapp，然後在上面聯繫酒店服務人員。但是，whatsapp很難下載，我用華為手機，我愛人用蘋果手機都無法下載。折騰了老半天，最後還是女兒用蘋果手機翻牆才下載成功。試問如果沒有翻牆軟件的國人，在下着雨天快黑的傍晚，在酒店門口就是進不去，豈不是要瘋掉了？入住後發現洗衣機和烤箱都是意大利文，而且和國內的表達方式很不相同，讓我懷疑洗衣機是不是文藝復興時期生產的。讓女兒問whatsapp送拖鞋，網上服務人員説沒有拖鞋。等再想問洗衣機如何用時，發現已過了晚上六點，網上人員也下班了。也就是説，晚上六點之後，你遇到的任何問題，衹能等第二天他們上班的時候才能解答你。
還有一個令人難以接受的事情，窗户關的嚴嚴的卻一直有大風機嗡嗡的聲音，開窗一看，真的是對面的一個巨大的風機對着我們這一面窗户。整夜的嗡個不停，頭都是暈的。
這個酒店的服務實在太糟糕了。建議攜程與酒店協商解決這些問題，或者直接和酒店解除合作，不然很多國人入住之後都會有無助的感覺。

The location was perfect for exploring Milan. Food choices nearby and we had everything we needed but parking our rental car was a BIG challenge!

The location was PERFECT! A short walk to the Duomo Milano, many restaurants nearby, and the Metro Station Next door with express nonstop trains to the airport.
We stayed in apar**ent 8. The room was spacious and clean.

This place was spacious, comfortable and the best accomodation we had in all of Italy. Its location in the city and to the train and subway (Metro) was a quarter of a block away.

Great property very close to subway and in a very nice building with restaurants just downstairs. Very roomy and clean. Easy to get to with an elevator as well. Definitely recommend this location.
