Hotel well located. Concierge very helpful. Only drawback was reception located on 3rd floor and had to carry bags up entrance stairs to get to extremely small lift. Room was comfortable and adequate but bed was on a circular base which made it awkward to get in and out of. There were cooking facilities but no tea towels or washing up liquid. Would certainly consider staying again.

Good quality of Samsung TV system and shower booth together with new furniture.
On site parking is not available but nearby parking lot is easy to use. Somewhat difficult to find the entrance and lift. It will be better to put a sign to indicate the access towards reception desk.
It is recommended to arrange breakfast with corporations of restaurants.

Rooms were gorgeous. Location could not be better - literally a one minute walk from the Galleria, Duomo, etc. Plenty of parking garages nearby. Doors close and reception staff are off for the night, but you will have the codes to get in and staff helpfully provided their cell # for any emergencies. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan.

Sono Ermes! Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento a dir poco stupendo! Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla camera e il punto in cui si trovava l’hotel,ma soprattutto dal direttore Marco, una persona molto disponibile e simpatica. Mostrandomi addirittura una suite magnifica dove sicuramente alloggerò la prossima volta! Lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti! Grazie mille ancora!
