Hotel Florence Milano

Close enough to the metro, could have been closer, but probably 7 minutes walk max, very tidy and clean, pleasant hotel. Breakfast very nice, coffee great, grilled aubergines and small mozzarella balls were lovely, to my liking, not massive choice but everything you need. Liked it a lot. 3 stars.

Stayed 3 days in Milan and this hotel was perfect. The location was out of the centre (40 minute walk) but close to metro stations as well as a few good restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The hotel itself is well presented, the staff are really nice and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was classic continental and very good quality. Overall cannot fault this place at all, highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights while attending the Monza F1 GP. Great location, close to metro for quick trips into the city centre or out to the main train stations. To walk the station was maybe 20 mins, centre maybe 40 mins, but nice if you have the time for strolling! The room was clean and the air con was very welcome in the 28c plus heat we had each day! All the staff we encountered were so lovely and helpful, we had some wonderful conversations with Sylvana, she is an asset to your hotel. The only downside we had was the fridge didn’t work in our room, but we’re drinking water very quickly with heat that it wasn’t so bad for us.

I stayed here for three nights. Pros: The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast is nice with a lot of variety. The staff are friendly and welcoming too. The location of the hotel is good, about 20 minute walk to the centre. Cons: The first thing we notice is there is peoples trash in our fridge: empty bottles of beer, empty tubs of yoghurt and other food packaging. Further more, the air conditioning in the entire building doesn't work. On one of the days we had no hot water for our showers. Overall, the hotel is nice and welcoming, you get what you pay for.

Sono stato benissimo in questo albergo. Personale sempre gentile e premuroso, camera piacevole, pulitissima e ben riscaldata, letto comodissimo, lenzuola e asciugamani immacolati, vasta scelta di prodotti a colazione. La ricezione è aperta 24/24, valore aggiunto per chi ama uscire la sera. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo, situato non lontano dalla Stazione Centrale e raggiungibile con la M2 (breve camminata dalla stazione Loreto) o il bus 81, che si ferma proprio davanti all'albergo. Grazie e complimenti, tornerò con grande piacere.

Avevo una prenotazione per questo albergo ma purtroppo causa alluvione nella mia regione Toscana non abbiamo potuto raggiungere Milano. Nonostante abbia spiegato ciò, una situazione parecchio grave, non ci è stato fatto il rimborso completo ma ci hanno fatto pagare la penale!! Inoltre zero sensibilità, neanche un “mi dispiace” o un “come stai” niente di niente. Tutti i telegiornali ne stanno parlando sicché sicuramente ne erano a conoscenza. Delusione totale. Se potevo ritornare una prossima volta in questo albergo sicuramente non succederà mai.

Buon hotel posizione comoda ,mezzi pubblici vicini,pulito non ho usufruito della colazione,camera datata ma pulita e comoda ,due nei mancava zanzariera e ventola bagno rumoroso all inizio,staff gentile e simpatico,.., ?............

La habitación single cómoda y bien equipada con aire acondicionado y heladerita. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. La ubicación es buena, relativamente cerca de la estación central del ferrocarril, y a unos 15 minutos a pie de la Piazza del Duomo. Tiene atención las 24hs.

По порядку , маленький душ , попытка высушить волосы , загорелся в руках фэн … на что администратор сказал - подождите он просто нагрелся 😅Парковка во дворе 20€ ночь ,завтрак 10€ разогретые круассаны в микроволновке , грязные приборы , завтрак не о чем … за эти же деньги модно найти завтрак в ресторане в центре на двоих 25€ с красивым видом !!! И вишенка на тортике , при выходе из номера , просто отвалилось и упало на меня палка от двери в ванную ! Старые номера , ничего не работает ! Будьте приделано осторожны если путешествуете с детьми , как я . Просто упала палка … на что сказала администратор ОЙ это плохой клей , сейчас все починим и приклеим . Не рекомендую по всем пунктам ! Ребята я понимаю ВСЕ 3 звезды , НО хватит делать из туристов дураков ! Предоставляйте качественный сервис на не только заработать деньги !
