Check-in vlot verlopen.
Moderne receptie/ontbijtruimte met voldoende keuzemogelijkheden.
Kamer zelf eerder oud en vooral badkamer vond ik niet zo netjes.
Het water in de lavabo liep niet goed af. Ik mis evenzeer glazen in plaats van houten bekertjes.
Deze type badkamer dateert uit de jaren 80 en kan zeker opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
Goed en comfortabel bed! Frigo aanwezig en is zeker een pluspunt.

The location is far from everything, not allowed to turn on the AC in mid April! was suggested to open the windows when assigned a room at 1st floor...lots of mosquitos came in at night....

The hotel was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the location is less than fantastic. It is within walking distance to the CaGranda Metro station but the surroundings are residential suburbs. If you're looking for a lively area, this hotel might not be for you. If not, then it is quite good.

Novotel Milano Nord Ca Granda is a nice hotel located about 20 minutes far from Milano Duomo (using metro or tram). The staff is extremely friendly. The hair dryer did not work in our room, so we got a replacement in a few minutes. The room is fine, but in one place the carpet was visibly dirty, and so was one of the towels provided. It should be noted that our room had a sliding door in the bathroom that cannot be completely closed (it only covers the entrance to the bathroom) and you can hear everything in the room while someone is inside. I should definitely highlight the breakfast, which is extremely tasty and has a wide selection of dishes. All in all, for an average price, the hotel is fine. I would come back again, although of course not everything was ideal.
