Terrific breakfast. Staff cordial and helpful but not really friendly. It felt like they were just doing their job. For price I expected a bit bigger room. It was pretty sparse. Just the basics. Shower doors didn’t shut properly so bathroom floor was wet and slippery. My room was tucked away in the back with no view at all. It was close to restaurants which was nice. I honestly would not stay there again for the price they charge.

房間比國內的小好多，不過歐洲都是這也能理解，酒店早餐很不錯，多種食物和飲品水果。距離中央火車站很近，步行10分鐘，距離火車站旁邊機場大巴停車點也很近。

距離米蘭火車站步行十分鐘，位置方便。四星級酒店，中規中矩，房間在歐洲算大的，但基本上是國內連鎖酒店的大小。設備略顯老了。

Hotel 4 estrelas SEM Ar Condicionado??? Nao tem sentido passar a noite com toalha molhada no corpo para se refrescar porque o hotel DESLIGA o Ar.
O resto é bom, mas irrita pagar preço de 4 estrelas e ter que passar calor, e se abrir a janela, entra pernilongo.
Internet lenta, Café da manhã razoável, atendimento bom

Net hotel op loopafstand van het station. Ruime lobby met nette banken. Keurige kamer in klassieke stijl met kluis en koelkast. Nette ontbijtruimte met voldoende keuze.
Ca. 2 km lopen naar Duomo, maar dichtbij OV-mogelijkheden.
De rooftopbar is een aanrader! Mooie locatie, sfeervol, vooral ‘s avonds mooi uitzicht op de lichtjes van Porta Nuova. Ga er zeker even heen!

We have stayed here before so we were happy to return. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip and I was impressed that they remembered us after almost two weeks. The staff who take care of breakfast are wonderful and the cappuccinos are terrific. We look forward to our next visit.

Although I had requested a room on a high floor, I was placed on the 2nd floor facing away, where there was a huge noise from the tram. Only after the first night, where I showed that there was no way to sleep even with double glazing, did they put me on the 5th floor, which made it better.

This hotel is a quick walk to the Milano Centrale station. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had lots to choose from, eggs, sandwich meats, yogurt and different pastries. I would definitely recommend or stay here again. Thank you!
