酒店很新，設計十分高雅，有藝術感，飞甩雞毛旗下，供應品牌的面霜、眼霜跟手霜，很好用。但服務一般，不太到位，房務員英文講得不好，唔明我要咩，叫他們拿東西都等很久，結帳時，發現帳單有問題，mini bar沒用但收了費，當然，說了我們沒用，酒店也取消。有向酒店訂車，單程280幾歐，出發時讓司機順路接上一個住在附近（3分鐘就到）飯店的朋友，司機說可以，最後帳單多出130歐，就是為了順路接了我朋友，我很無語。最後因為酒店沒事先說要收這130歐，所以我堅持下，也不收了。總之，帳單是有點亂的，因為我退房時，碰到一旁一對夫婦也為了帳單問題跟他們在投訴，當時經理還說沒問題，旁邊夫婦提到他們住四季就不會出現這種情況，經理說他就是從四季來的，還一直堅持沒錯，最後證明還是錯了所以。anyway ，我就是覺得服務不怎樣了，配不上酒店的格調。

在一個古老的神學院裏麪，由飛哥拉莫的創始人發現了這樣的一個地方，目前被改造成了一個酒店，我們在這兒體驗的是一個宗教意味很強的酒店，大量的紅色的應用顯示了對於宗教的前程

After having perfect walking tour in Milano, out guide advised us to have brunch here. It was really perfect! Charming a**osphere, inside and outside tables, perfect on good weather. Modern decor that perfectly matches the ancient hotel building. The food was tasty, good wine list. Very nice helping staff, fast servise. Recommended. Enjoy!

Portrait Milano is a wonderful hotel in a charming city! We fell in love with Milano. Portrait Milano, with its delightful staff, gorgeous rooms and divine breakfast, was the perfect home base and it was a pleasure to come back to every day. I can’t wait to go again!

For my first visit to Milan, The Portrait Hotel came recommended by a trusted friend. The lifestyle team seamlessly accommodated my Lake Como excursion as well as dinner reservation requests in Milan. The accommodations were well appointed and comfortable. Note: the spa is run by a third party, which wasn’t outlined in the booking or by hotel staff so be cognisant that you will be charged additionally for the use of these services. I will, undoubtedly book The Portrait for my next trip to Milan— great stay and wonderful experience.
