I chose this hotel, based on the high reviews, however, I was extremely disappointed by the mediocre condition of the room, which was extremely dusty. The shower also did not drain properly. I took a shower at 9 PM and when I woke up at 7 AM the tub was still filled with water. Because I’m only staying one night I didn’t request to have my room changed.

Staff was friendly. Would be hard to beat the price. Room was large and clean, but the whole hotel is in need updating and remodeling.

I could not check in because the system is down and they can not do anything manually. I am at the hotel without any assistance.

Great check in, young man wan very friendly, informational and kind. We had 3 floor room and the windows were filthy. We always enjoy a room w/ a view. Clean your windows!

Very nice hotel with all the amenities I want. We had a separate seating area with a couch. It’s clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Friendly staff.

We were the very last check in, just before midnight. We were treated with a smile and respect. Just as if we were there at a “normal” time and were special guests. She was great!

The only downside was there wasn’t many places for tired travelers to eat but it is convenient to I 10.

Easy location off the Interstate, we’ve stayed here numerous times. Quiet, clean, rooms are comfortable.

For being a newly remodeled hotel, it could have used new carpet in the hallways. Room itself wasn’t vacuumed very good, some dark spots on sheets, but bed was comfortable. Food for a gluten free and dairy free person isn’t good. More options in that depar**ent. Staff was nice but plastic screen up at front desk was filthy dirty, either clean it or put up a new one.
