非常整潔的房間，停車洗衣便利，門口有超市和餐廳，來往機場shuttle10分鐘車程，司機非常友好，幫忙直接送到租車公司，讓帶着很多行李的人，省去二次折騰的麻煩

A good hotel for the night. Breakfast is the usual hotels breakfast. Staff is nice. Rooms are okay, our rooms was missing some stuff but overall is fine

I liked everything about the property. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable as well as helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, the toilet in the bathroom was dirty on the inside and on the seat when we checked in. Went back downstairs to let the girl at the desk know. She switched our room. This room, the shower curtain was so dirty at the bottom we didn’t even shower. The pillows are not actually pillows. They are size of couch throw pillows and I don’t even know what was inside of them. I didn’t grab a photo of those. Then at 11:40pm while I was sleeping in the room with my 11-year-old daughter, the same staff member from the front desk entered our room! I yelled out and she went “oh someone’s in here?” And then left. Then again this morning while getting dressed a male staff member entered our room. No knocking. Nothing. I believe his name was Alex they said. He was very apologetic but said the room was marked as vacant. This was the worst experience in a hotel I have had ever. Awful. When I was checking out I was told I checked out yesterday. I checked in yesterday. Then she asked my name and said oh that’s not you. Dirty. Uncomfortable and unsafe with random people entering your room. When I explained all of this to the girl at the desk during check out she didn’t really say much. It was suggested that I contact the general manager at a later time. They did not offer to call her or anything. Forget to mention the white blanket on the one bed was stained. I got a picture of part but not all the staining. TV remote stopped working too.

My husband and I have been staying here for years to visit family. It’s a nice little low budget place for us to stay for cheap at a clean location. But over the last year or two we have noticed the place is getting run down - there’s almost always something in the room that doesn’t work properly. This time, we had to wait to check in so they could finish cleaning the room. When we finally got in, there was a dirty sock in front if the bathroom and the floor was dirty. There was purple stuff smudged on the comforter and the shower head was broken. The worst part was when we returned from dinner later, the room wreaked of pot. The last few times we have checked in, all we smell is **** from someone near us smoking. This was the worst experience so far though - we had to sleep with the window open as far as it would go, but that didn’t help with the smell that seeped into the blankets. The staff there are incredible - we really appreciate how friendly they are and have become friendly with some, but after this trip, I do not see us staying here again.

Water pressure on the shower wasn't the greatest. Breakfast was good. The cup for the juice were like sample cups.It would have been nice to have larger cups. Switch to just orange juice. The orange guava was nasty.

The hotel was nice for an overnight stay. Our only issue was when we checked in and was told there was a $250 security deposit which was refundable. Never had that before and was not told before booking.

Very clean Microtel Inn compared to others. I was surprised by that, but happy to see and stay at one.

Got to the hotel at 1am. They claim to not have any rooms available. Currently sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. They said it would be at least 40 minutes.
