I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay based on my recent experience. The staff exhibited rudeness and a lack of pleasantness, particularly following our embarkation off a cruise. Despite arriving at the hotel at 11AM, we were informed that no rooms would be available until after 4pm, although we observed another couple being promptly checked into a room. After enduring multiple hours of waiting, we inquired again about room availability, only to be informed that early check-in was possible for a fee of $50. It's baffling why this information wasn't disclosed initially instead of falsely claiming that rooms were unavailable.
Furthermore, if you're relying on the airport shuttle, be aware that it doesn't commence operations until after 6AM. Consequently, I had to resort to using a Lyft service. Although my travel companion, whose flight departure was later than mine, utilized the shuttle, it proved to be a frustrating experience. The driver seemed disoriented, dropping passengers off at ARRIVAL and baggage claim areas rather than their designated departure. terminals.
