The hotel is very well located, modern and easy to access. There is a landscaped area with a swimming pool on the roof. The staff is welcoming and attentive.
But beware! The rooms are not very well soundproofed and those overlooking the street are subject to very noisy nights due to the surrounding bars. I recommend, if possible, to take a room that overlooks the interior courtyard.

The property as a whole was middle ground. Nothing was really out of this world great. My main complaint would be the noise. The first night of my stay I couldn't sleep at all because you could hear the music from nearby nightclubs thumping. It also sounded like airplanes were taking off right outside my window and there was also very loud construction that would start at like 430am.

The young lady at the check in desk was polite and patient and very welcoming. The room was a dissappoin**ent, floor was filthy, the couch was disgusting and dirty and the rugs in livingroom n underneath bed need to be thrown out, the stench was ungodly. Im glad my business had me out of the room more than I was in but for the price I paid I was very disappointed.

Stephanie greeted us and stored our luggage on departure for a cruise. She was happy and helpful.
David also a great asset to the company guided us to a great restaurant for lunch and a great bar in little Havana for dinner. Both David and Stephanie made our stay great. They are a big asset and differentiate this hotel from most others.

We had a concert in Wynwood and wanted a hotel that was walking distance to the venue. Sentral was great We got a one bedroom apar**ent, very clean and new, scarily decorated but that's ok. Room was cold and quiet, bed was on the softer side, great shower. Walking distance to restaurants and clubs. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful David got us a dinner reservation at a great restaurant around the corner called Ossobuco.

I really enjoyed everything about my stay here. The facilities are beautiful, the pool is an infinity pool, and is gorgeous, the rooms are so large and comfortable and very well-maintained, and the front desk service that we received was second to none. I would even come back here just to enjoy the hospitality that this facility offers. Thank you for really making me enjoy my day – I will be back!
