Excellent place to spend time in Miami. Close to all the fun around South Beach. Room extremely clean with easy virtual check-in process. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me so I was able to get good rest after a 7 hour drive. Will stay here next time I am i the area for sure.

We loved the room layout and the fun area where it is located. It was close to shopping, food, and the beach. Our room on the second floor had a very musty, moldy smell. It didn’t help to open the window, so I feel like maybe there’s a mold issue in the ducts for the air conditioning. Fix the cause of the smell, and I would give this place five stars.

This hotel is worth your money. Love the location. Under your Kasa on espanola way is where all the restaurants at. And surrounded by other shops, foods, drinks, walgreens, bars, beach, you named it.

I had 4 nigt stay . Place is very near to all but so smal. Need window access or laundry or clean facility .

Excellent just one block back from the art deco and south beach great location
Really comfy beds and everything you need
Excellent communication arranging an early check in and late check out
Virtual check in worked really easy
Nice communal area overlooking eeoanola way where you can borrow a book sit on the balcony and use microwave if needed
Plenty of decent shops restaurants all around
Really happy to stay there

The parking was terrible, also there was no elevators for the elderly or disabled, there was a smell in the hotel room that wasn’t very flattering.

No help on site. Virtual front desk. No elevator. Room was not ready at 4pm. Fomt door did not lock.
