Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly upon arrival. However they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in and there was an incident where all of my friends luggage went missing due to the fact that the hotel staff switched rooms for her while we were away. It took over an hour and a half to locate which staff member did the move and where they placed her belongings because there was a shift change and lack of proper communication. Also be aware that the rooms with “private rooftop patio access” are in fact not private and easily accessible from other rooms because we had numerous items stolen such as a purse and Bluetooth speaker. After a night of worry we finally spoke to security in the morning when they arrived only to be told there are cameras all around the hotel but not there and there was nothing they could do except swap out her room.

I had the King with Terrace room and it was Beautiful. CLEAN and a pleasure to have stayed here

This hotel is built around a club. We were unaware of this when booking the hotel and when we arrived and experienced the loud music in our room, I tried cancelling the reservation to find a hotel that better suited our needs. We were told the loud music would stop at 11PM which was not true. The music goes until the party stops- this is not a hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax.

This was an OK stay - the staff was disinterested to incorrect; the property was ok. The noise from the pool was tolerable. Great location if you don't want on the beach. I wouldn't stay again because of the staff.

During our stay, the issues started from the time we walked in with the unaccommodating staff. No one seemed to be able to speak good English, and we ended up leaving for the day because we couldn’t get a firm answer as to when our room will be ready other than check in being at four. We returned at four the room is still not ready And had to wait until about 530 to get into a room. During which time we went to the the pool which was dirty around the pool and chairs were old and breaking. Bartenders English on roof was not great and wa difficult to order drinks but she was very nice. When we finally got to our room there was no waters, the front desk does not provide water either they told me where cvs was. Also no hot water i shower or heat in room.
While at desk asking about things at one point there was someone next time fora whole extra night because they did not check out precisely on time. Horrible service, unsafe gross area, bad hotel. Almost left and paid for another hotel

Amazing hotel. Me and my boyfriend stay here for 4 nights and it was worth it. The room was cozy and even though is on the main road of ocean it was quiet. I will definely book this place again

Restaurant or club music is so loud that can relax or fall asleep at all.
Terrible service. Could receive towels that were called in, twice. Had to go down to grab them my self.
