Good location, nice sand helping staff , easy access to south beach

If your looking for a nice place to stay this is it! If you expect to find a parking place nearby, this ain't it. We found several parking garages for $20 for five hours, we spent over $80 in parking fees for ONE NIGHT! Not a happy camper

Awful. Everything was super dirty, smells old and bad. Front desk is open 24 hours. We got there at 3 am an nobody was there, we had to call a number they left on a note at the desk. A man came and made the check in. I left my jacket and we I came back it was not there anymore and nobody could give me an answer. There was no paper toilet. No blankets, just sheets and it was SUPER COLD. Now we are sick. We went to the man to ask for something and he said that they don’t have any because Miami is always hot weather. One of the worst experiences of my life.

The place is too old, and need to be more clean. No soap and unable to use the safety box it was broken, no customer service. I will not recommend this hotel to no body.

Was very dirty my friends room was worse they left, sheets had stains and rooms had cockroaches. Shower so bad could not take shower Wow spend the little more Go far away

When I arrived I couldn't belive I got this value for the money I was paying. The hotel is suoer charming, well located and staff beside friendly is interesting, very international and welcoming. Its the hospitality industry at its best, you fell like their guest. Take in consideration that one can pay up to 100USD for a bed in a hostel, in this hotel you get your own room, spacius and confortable , with all the amenities needed for a bit more, but so worth it. I stayed for 5 days, the inside patio is so welcoming that I saw no reasons to go anywhere else and the reception area reminded me of a european museum of fine arts...this place is unique. Even the gates ( golden) make you feel you are arriving to a castle! In my next stay I wont even check other places just go straigh there. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit to Miami beach memorable!

Room smelled like cigarettes and i dont smoke. Room looked like nothing, said they dont have heat even though it was a heat option, and saw a roach my second day there. Worst room i ever stayed at in life. They should have been refunding my money back because they didnt do anything they said they were going to do.
