Well, let me start with the good things about the hotel. The property is beautiful and the location is fantastic. We love the area where the hotel is ( Polanco ). The people working at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Now the down side of staying at the Utopic hotel… there is no heating system in the hotel ( including the room) therefore it’s freezing at night. The breakfast/ pool table room is not charming or cozy. It’s located on the basement without heating. Overall, I would say that it’s a nice hotel for a short stay. We stayed for 3 nights on Dec. 2023

Hotel was a beautiful mansion at one time. Our room was small, lighting was very bright, shower was ample but shower head is so high! Rooms are like being in your regular bedroom at home. You can hear everyone walking by n upstairs rooms noise. It’s beautiful place but maybe for the younger crowd. When we got there, a gentleman with Maintenance uniform checked us in. Everyone was very friendly. Area is walkable.

I have lived in Mex City and now travel there monthly. First time at a non big name hotel and it was awesome! Staff is amazing, beautiful traditional Mexico home converted to hotel like rooms. Location was a great. It was a much better experience than the hotels across the street in Polanco. Everything was also just like the photos.

Excellent hotel, I’m glad I discovered it and will recommend it to friends and clients. Staff was very helful and nice too.
Unexpected bonus : first time I was received with an awesome free bottle of local gin from #CondesaGin. They set you up with all the necessary to prepare som nice gin tonics.

Had a beautiful stay here. As a first timer visiting Mexico City, it was a great and safe area to start off my trip, with easy access to anywhere I wanted to visit in the city. Staff were accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend!
