Good apar**ents for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

Good apar**ents close to enough to everything to walk. We had some noice issues though, as they had trouble opening the door of the apar**ent next to us and it took them two hours from 10 pm to midnight to fix it. Didn’t catch much sleep accordingly.

Worst hotel and experience I have ever been to. I did not have hot water the entire stay and I had to ask them to fix it four times. On the day of my checkout it was finally fixed and the hotel refused to compensate me in any way. The bathroom walls also had black mold all over the walls. I would never stay here again and I suggest you consider the same. I made the mistake of not trusting the reviews.
