Loved this hotel. Great location to be in Centro. Offered free coffee at the cafe and walking tour with our booking. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Service was perfect. Hotel was beautiful and little touches like the free bottled water fridge on each floor makes a huge difference in amenities. I would choose this hotel every time.
Only downside is having to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance but there’s no way to book it other than calling the hotel which is a hassle/burden for a lot of overseas travelers.

This was the BEST hotel I have stayed at. It is perfect in every way. Free beer and coffee and food plus unlimited free water bottles. The hotel is perfectly clean and well designed and the staff are awesome. 10 stars!

酒店設計典雅，位置優越，交通便利。早餐豐富，瓶裝水、蘋果，簡餐、咖啡等飲品無限量供應。工作人員都很nice，特別是前台amsi她真是太棒了，不僅給予我們遊玩的好建議，還給我兒子一個美好的祝福，是我們的旅途更添一份温暖。會再次入住 並推薦給親朋好友！

房間位置很棒，就在古城的中心位置，離主要的景點都很近。
酒店內部環境優雅，中庭的綠植牆很亮眼。房間乾淨且安靜，每個樓層有免費的礦泉水和蘋果提供，酒店門口的Cafe提供24小時免費餐飲。
早餐很好，而且是侍者給端上來的，服務很專業！且有若干選擇，如果入住時間長，可以每天不重樣呢！
另外，強烈推薦酒店提供的免費的CITY WALKING TOUR，每天早上9：00在前台處集合，有專業導遊領着在古城中心行走，邊走邊解説，對我們幫助不小！這個在辦理入住時可以詳詢酒店前台旁邊的客服，他們英語都很流利，而且親切友好！點贊👍👍👍

酒店得服務態度很好，樓下的咖啡廳從飲料到咖啡都全免費，入住期間無限使用。很好的一點是有valet parking，並且是免費的！！
