Excelente ubicación, en recepción no son muy atentos al momento de registr****, y un detalle muy malo con la habitación 314, no tiene suficiente ventilación, no cuenta con aire acondicionado o por lo menos un ventilador, tuve que pedir forzosamente en recepción un ventilador para sobrellevar lo terriblemente encerrado que estaba el calor en la habitación (fueron muy atentos al llevarmelo) pero si es un detalle malo, de lo demás está bien el hotel.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. La recepcionista tiene una actitud horrible es muy grosera. El hotel no tiene Aire Acondicionado así que si decide qued**** aquí prepárense!!!! Do not stay in this hotel the receptionist has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all, and there’s no AC so I wasn’t able to sleep it was extremely hot in the room and there’s NO ventilation at all .

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This has to be the last option of all! Pictures on the promotional does not match with reality. Okay I understand is a low budget place, but getting people with fake pictures of the room is not pretty ethical. Staff is not helpful when it comes to problems I told them I had to check out early (5am) because I couldn't stand the bugs anymore, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because it was too late. They need to clean more often if they are not renewing. Accommodations are horrible. With a severe problem with bugs... You can check my reviews and this is the first bad reviews I ever give. Don't risk it! Choose somewhere else even if you already check in. Location okay... Copy of my google review.

The property was in a very good, central location. It had great potential, however the staff on reception were nothing short of being rude. Not just one, but all of them. Each person on their shift didn't care about our simple requests. They didn't speak a word of English, which we found frustrating, because whilst we tried to speak some words of Spanish and use our translator on our phones, they just played dumb, and we couldn't get simple things like an additional towel, or fan in our room, which was another thing, no AC in hot Mexico City isn't great. The rooms were OK, clean, but the service levels really let this place down. I wouldn't return.

El cuarto tenía olores extraños, sabanas sucias, mucho ruido fuera del cuareto, el personal del hotel, poco amigable, no cordiales, no resuelven, la alfombra con mucho polvo, instalaciones descuidadas

No reserven su estancia por esta aplicación, al llegar al hotel no me dieron la habitación que por que ya le habían avisado a expedía que ya no había disponibilidad y aún así siguieron vendiendo y no solo era yo, habían muchas personas en la misma situación y no es justo. Uno va confiando que ya pago su hospedaje , ahora estoy en espera del reembolso ojalá me resuelvan a favor ya que es un verdadero robo. En la próxima reservaré de manera personal sin intermediarios. Pésima experiencia

Todo muy bien, recepcion sin contratiempos. Solo falta mantenimiento a las chapas. Pero en general todo bien.

Normalmente viajo solo por trabajo y me quedo de 1 a 2 noches tengo varios años ya en este hotel Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la cercanía a bellas artes. Por esta razón me quedo en este hotel. Me gustaría comentar esto con todo el respeto pero creo que mucho del personal es nefasto, entiendo que es un hotel sencillo, pero eso no quita lo groseras que son varias personas. en la mañana la señora carmen es totalmente grosera sin nada de actitud de servicio, le preguntas algo y te contesta super déspota me impacto un poco el hecho de que contestara tan mal y con groserías enfrente de los clientes. Por la tarde la recepcionista le dicen lulú otra persona que también no solo no está dispuesta a ayudar si no que te grita para darte información de la peor manera ambas sin avtitud de servicio y bastante vulgares diciendo groserías bastante fuertes en el área de trabajo me sorprendi muchísimo yo me voy bastante molesto por que el lugar es bonito y aunque les falta mucho mantenimiento no entienden que el servicio a los huéspedes es esencial me gustaría agradecer a la señorita Ali me dio algo de información super amable y linda no la había visto ahí antes supongo que es de nuevo ingreso pero la diferencia es abismal se le nota la educación y al El señor Daniel también muy amable a la hora de ayudarme con mi maleta y las señora de la cocina también fueron bastantes lindas. Si considero que revisen a este par de personas por que es increíble la mala imagen que dan al lugar.
