Great location in Polanco, walking distance to museaums, plenty of restaurants and shops. A very safe neighborhood. It has parking if you decide to drive (i would not recommend driving, traffic in CDMX could be a nightmare). Breakfast is included. Staff is very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable for the location. I would stay again next time. Book in advance!

The Wi-Fi is awful. The electrical outlets are loose and plugs often fall out. They turned off the water for a few hours without telling me.

The facilities and location are really good!
The service, more so Mr Felipe, are extraordinary!
The only problem for me was the internet was not reliable within my entire 4 nights stay.
But if you can deal with ok level internet then I would recommend it 100%.
