房間比較老舊，但是公共區域現代。服務很好，尤其大堂的巧克力很好喝，附近有好多能吃飯的地方，酒店裡有日餐。

함께 출장을 간 미국직원(멕시코 출신)이 알려 준 호텔이다. 가장 유명한 호텔이라고 한다. 조식 최고다. 내가 다녀본 해외 출장중 조식은 최고라고 생각 한다. 대체적으로 모든것이 만족스럽다.

訂的是大床房，入住時説訂完了衹能給我們雙床房間。本來訂的房間含兩份早飯，結果搞了幾次要算錢，辦事慢悠悠的。

Very comfortable hotel located between Polanco and Reforma.
Looks like most of the rooms have balconies.

My stay was wonderful. Staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was renovated. The area is very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

All the staff is courteous and able to help in any possible way.
First days our shower was not working properly, the pressure was low and we though it was normal, nevertheless we report it few days later and was fixed the same day.
Food is pricey but worth it. We tried Beefbar and Room service
Location is great and you can find everything near.
Pool is warm and enjoyable, nice gym, gardens and hallways.

Pros: Clean hotel, good neighborhood.
Cons: terrible amenities, they advertise 3 pools when in reality there is only one. Rooms don’t have a coffee/tea machine. I asked for a sanitary pad as I had an unexpected period and they did not provide it as amenity (they wanted to charge for it). They should know by now that women travelers are a majority and update their amenities menu.

Small problem with construction noise eleviated by managers helpful response…. Otherwise everything about this hotel was absolutely first class
