I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

Located inside the airport, this hotel is excellent for an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day on time. Food and services are excellent

The ladies in reception have been treating us badly. Respectfully, they should take some customer service.
A hotel like this, should not be allowing “hot water” to be cold in the shower, their TVs have their wifi network blocked so you can’t connect to apps like Netflix, and the gym is out of service.

Very convenient location to catch an early morning flight. Just a few steps to check-in counters. Also parking lot access is very convenient to avoid the crowded airport hallway

The carpet in my room had a mold smell which made my stay uncomfortable. But staff were very friendly and the service overall was good.

The hotel was clean, the service was good. AC did not work but once mention to service, they fixed it within 1/2 hr.
