The service personnel are very nice and polite also the I love the restaurant Andre New management food is good , the hotel is has a good location near to everything, …. Now what’s needs attention the hotel needs to be updated the rooms need new fixtures, beds , new linens update bathrooms I hope now that is under new management they start doing at least area by area and do a complete renovation of the rooms they are competing with major hotel in same location I won’t mind paying more for a nicer hotel the hotel has great potential to become a #1 hotel in the area thank you

First day tv not working and walked to front desk to ask for help , almost 1 hour after someone went to my room and just turn the tv saying is working and left however remote did not work at all. WiFi never works and is stressful trying to connect all the time and nothing happens. Room with a lot of food stains on walls by sink and a lot of hairs all over the floor.
Construction is happing which is good for the hotel but there no signs or heads up at the front desk to be aware of , I couldn’t relax during the morning because right next room was being demolished some parts. My first time there and was bad sadly.

Two complaints: when I returned to my room after breakfast, my dirty towels were removed but not replaced. I had to call to request clean towels. On my last day before checkout, I was woken up with a bang on my door at 9:00am. It was housekeeping asking if I needed cleaning. I obviously didn’t need cleaning since I was leaving that day. I wanted to sleep in that morning.

This time we got our rooms on the renovated section, the only problem is the check in and check out timing, short staff on the front desk.

The rooms are big, good TV options. Staff is friendly. Front staff should have access to extra towels for guest. They need to clean the pile of trash by the back rooms. Restaurant in the property is good. This was our second time staying at this hotel.

I had a reservation. I called to confirm that I would be arriving late. The front desk staff confirmed that they had me booked and that my reservation would be honored. Upon arriving I was informed that the staff canceled my reservation and sold off my room. I showed proof to the front desk staff that I had called. They didn't care, even though i made the reservation months before. Very bad policy and left me without a room for the night as the city was sold out.

I asked for a table in my room they for on it fast . I need my pie in the refrigerator they put in the refrigerator for me now I can eat it here in Arizona .we always stay there I like filling safe a nights

I got a double queen bed room instead of a king bed executive room, check in took a lot of time and I had to pay a $ 200.00 MX pesos as a deposit/guarantee for the tv remote control. It was an old room, stinky and the room door felt very insecure. I think that the better rooms are given to guests that make a direct reservation and not trough *******, I have experienced this condition on several past occasions that booked with *******, maybe that is the service we deserve for being cheap.

Didn't expect much, but needs lots of TLC. Our room was in dire need of a makeover, was just hoping no roaches would pop out. Rating based only on our room, overall it wouldn't have been a comfortable stay if we had to be there all day. Luckily we were just there for a quick early a.m. snooze, about 4 hrs and it was conveniently close to the border. It was the cheapest rate around, and that's why I pcked it.
