The hotel is nothing to do with 4*. English (or any other foreign language) is no spoken at all by any of the staff (e.g. at the reception) and they give you feel they will not even try to understand basic words (like “breakfast”). We didn’t get any information about where the pool is or what time the and where the breakfast is served. Check out time is 10 am and when we wanted to have a swim before we leave, we were not allowed to. The behaviour of the staff was the worst I have EVER experienced. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and I really don’t see ANY REASON to stay here. Pictures here are very professional but not realistic! The reality is much much worse! Wi-fi is almost not working and the breakfast is disaster. As already mentioned in previous reviews, the coffee they serve tastes like a morning piss… didn’t believe here in Italy in - so called - 4*?????? Seems to me the hotel is just before closing down and nobody cares….

Pulizia poco raccomandabile,personale scortese proprietario scorbutico. Piscina interna con i bordi pieni di vermi,mancanza di bagnino e di tappeti antiscivolo. Non parliamo del cibo surgelato con peli,coca cola acquosa. Muri che perdono pezzi,tappeti sporchissimi. Direi di non ritornare.

Disorganizzati La Spa confusionaria e rumorosa per la presenza di molte persone nonostante la prenotazione Obbligo di acquistare le ciabattine pericolosissime per la presenza di acqua sul pavimento che faceva scivolare Personale poco accogliente

Ho dovuto fare un copia e incolla dell'esperienza avuta da un'altra persona im quanto rispecchia pienamente il mio pensiero. Esperienza davvero orribile e deprimente, il cibo peggiore e più schifoso del mondo potete trovarlo solo qui!!! Le camere sono fredde (siamo a dicembre eppure i termosifoni son ancora spenti), manca il piatto doccia, i camerieri sono scorbutici, il proprietario ancor di più e per lo più scortese e maleducato, il cibo davvero pessimo: capelli nei piatti, coca cola annacquata, pietanze crude, quasi niente cibo alternativo per gli intolleranti; moquette sporchissime, porte che scricchiolano, colazione davvero orrenda: latte che puzza, caffè bruciato, prosciutto giallo, cereali andati a male, frutta scadente. L’altra sera, ci è stata portata la pasta al forno, una mia amica si è dichiarata intollerante al lattosio, le è stato semplicemente tolto il piatto e le è stato portato di nuovo (lo stesso piatto) indietro senza mozzarella.

Esperienza orrenda,siamo stati dal 24 al 26 a pranzo, esperienza da non rifare neanche gratis, cibo insapore e scadente, antipasti surgelati,posate di argento nere e bicchieri sporchi, colazione con 1 cornetto a testa congelato,una crostata dura, latte e caffè acquosi ,menomale che c'era almeno 1 pacco di fette biscottate a testa con burro confezionati, pane di gomma , pulizia della stanza mai effettuata dal personale in 3 giorni di permanenza, stanza con tende bucate ,polvere e muri scritti ,con mobili antichi ,ho chiesto un asciugamano come cambio e mi è stato detto che era da noleggiare a pagamento, piscina con acqua che dava di fogna, pieno di millepiedi ,senza bagnino, e con pannelli sul soffitto sfondati, la spa aveva solo docce fredde e vasca con l'idromassaggio con il getto sotto alle gambe , bagno Turco spento e sauna mini (almeno questa funzionava) , cuoco lento ,camerieri straziati, il menù baby era sempre uguale per tutti i 3 giorni,devo aggiungere altro ? Mai più .

Abbiamo preso un coupon per questa struttura devo dire che per 75€ a testa,cena,pernotto colazione e spa è buono,il posto merita,la cena buona,e complimenti al cameriere Giovanni attento a tutte le esigenze e gentilissimo,colazione deludente, crostate confezionate e non artigianali,quello che mi ha deluso molto è il comportamento del titolare nei confronti dei dipendenti, ha mandato male la ragazza della reception che stava chiedendo un favore per noi con molta gentilezza, il giorno dopo stessa cosa a colazione al cameriere davanti alle persone non mi sembra un comportamento corretto, quando l'interesse a fare una bell'impressione dovrebbe essere prima la sua e poi dei dipendenti ,la spa carina ma sauna non funzionante,nel complesso buono ci tornerei

Bel hôtel, nous avons été bien reçus, nous avons très bien mangé, repas très copieux. Bonne literie, ménage correct. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, aucun problème. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine car les journées étaient bien remplies .
