Hotel Corru San Pumes

These people know everything about social media and nothing about hospitality. We saw no one at all in the 2 nights we stayed here despite arriving at 5 pm. They offer the bear minimum with no air con and no ability to open window at night as too noisy next to main road, on second night the annual local Fiesta took place and the room reverberated to between 80 & 100 Db of unbelievably loud music until 7.20 in the morning. I phoned the contact number at 4am and got no help whatsoever, just “it’s your problem”. The Fiesta date must have been known and you would have thought guests should have been warned. I have no problem with local traditions I just want to have the choice whether I stay awake all night or not. No drink making facilities, a 500m (not 200m)walk up hill to a drink. No bottled water or facility to buy any. Very small room, and all for twice the price I have paid for much better facilities and hospitality both sides of our stay here. Try somewhere else if I we’re you, you can’t get worse value for money. How they got a rating of 8.4 is a mystery!Dont be lulled into false sense of peace from the photos on ***********. 30m from this “oasis” is a main road.

Descuidado en temporada baja. No hay nadie que te reciba y las instrucciones a través de la plataforma no son nada suficientes. Había humedades en nuestra habitación aunque si es verdad que estaba todo bastante limpio no le vendría mal una pequeña reforma porque el junteo del baño esta bastante mal.

La habitación triple es amplia y estaba muy limpio. El patio interior es precioso. Lo negativo es q la habitación olía a humedad

Es un hotel con unas instalaciones comunes muy bonitas y acogedoras, me dieron una habitación triple en la primera planta con ventana exterior, es verdad que necesita un poco más de mantenimiento pero la habitación era cómoda y acogedora, sin duda calidad precio inigualable, volveré sin duda

El hotel es caro te cobran como se fuera un hotel de 4 estrellas , cuando entras huele a humedad , no te cambian las toallas , y gel y champú muestra , las paredes socias de cuarto , no tiene aire , el personal está Por la mañana pasadas las 10 de la mañana unas horas ,por las tardes y por la noche no están parece un hotel 👻 no son profesionales , siempre están de cháchara y con video llamadas hablando ,no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo a nadie

tres joli petit hotel avec patio. Un peu bruyant la nuit mais pour le rapport qualité prix ya rien a redire. Acceuil tres sympathique.

Hotel en general muy agradable. El televisor espectacular.
