I didn't know anything about Jolly Charme Suite except that it was affordable. Imagine my shock when I discovered this gem of a small hotel! First the views. I walk into my room and I'm looking at a great old fort in Messina harbor, right outside my window. On the land side a sweeping hill leads to a beautiful old basilica. Gorgeous views! The room was spotless, the towel pile deep, the beds comfortable. Breakfast is free and, like the views, far exceeded expectations. It's a meticulously presented feast. The best part was the staff. I don't speak Italian and they were ready to help (in English) with anything I needed be it directions, taxis, you name it. Absolutely FIVE STARS. Exceptional value!

Truly a Gem in a stone. We visit Messina frequently to visit family and the Jolly Charma Suites, by far the best hotel in Messina that we have stayed at yet considering cleanliness, service price, location and ambience, quality and staff. Once the entire building the hotel was now converted to a single floor and 12 exquisite perfect rooms with extreme attention to detail. A little Boutique Hotel in an Amethyst. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast with fresh backed goods prepared on premises by Pastry Chef Pasindo. Each room boasts its own distinctive theme a hidden Five Star Hotel. Great setting quiet and great location 10-minute walk to Pizza del Duomo, many fine restaurants and shopping at Viale San Martino. Parking is right in front upon check in they will set you up with parking vouchers for a small charge. If you have a car you can go to Lago di Ganzirri for lunch, recommend La Sirena Di Mancuso a local place. Walking distance from Jolly is I Ruggeri and A’ Cucchiara 2 very fine reasonable priced restaurants.

This is an amazing hotel! We were treated with excellent hospitality, a cozy room and an overall relaxing experience. We also got to experience the Sicilian granita and brioche coffee, DELICIOUS!! Beautiful views, clean and exceptional!

A lovely B&B not far from the city centre (less than 10 minutes to duomo) and some rooms overlooking the harbour. We were lucky to find a parking space nearby on the street so we didn't have to haul our cases too far and there is a lift up to the B&B which is above a restaurant. It was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a generous size and the bed was comfortable. The staff speak very little English but we managed okay. There is a buffet style breakfast with an excellent choice of food considering the size of the place - very friendly service too. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

This little place is immaculate and very cute. The bed was comfy. The 2 ladies who run the place served a great breakfast and were very helpful giving directions, etc. They do not speak English so it was a comedy of errors getting understood but we did it with humor! I would give 5 stars except it's a bit tricky to find and it's an oasis in an otherwise non-impressive area. We could walk to the train/bus station but it was a haul, especially with luggage. Would definitely recommend for the other reasons cited.

Eccellente boutique hotel!!! Tranquillità,gentilezza,eleganza, pulizia,vicinanza al centro e vista fantastica sullo stretto di Messina.Prenotato per una notte...ma rimasti per 3!Molto consigliato!Interni deliziosi e di grande gusto.Siamo stati benissimo!!!Un sincero ringraziamento alla proprietaria.

Struttura curata nei minimi particolari, camera e bagno super puliti. Ottima la colazione, con diversi prodotti sia dolci che salati di ottima qualità. La camera dove ho alloggiato era fronte mare con un panorama pazzesco! Proprietari e staff molto professionali e gentili.

Molto molto carino. Vicinissimo al porto ma anche al centro. Insonorizzato alla perfezione, si dorme tranquillamente. Nuovo, moderno, funzionale (luci e tapparelle elettriche), arredato con gusto e pulitissimo. Personale di una gentilezza e cortesia mai viste altrove. Sicuramente un albergo dove tornare.

Bel hôtel proche du centre facile d'accès. Chambres confortables impeccables avec vue sur la mer ou le théâtre.Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique serviable et compétent. Idéal pour séjourner et découvrir Messine une ville pleine de charme
