Very poor motel. We had planned to come here to lounge around the pool and hot tub since we came from up north where it was cold and snowy. We checked in and the manager was nice. But when we went to the room there were absolutely no towels. We got them later. The room was shabby and dated. The lamp had no bulb. The vent in the bathroom did not work. There was no clock. The security door latch was missing. There was no liner for the ice bucket. Then we went to the pool area. Horrible. See the photos. Only one chase lounge to lie on. We wanted to sun bathe but not here. The paint was peeling on the pool and hot tub. We had paid for four nights but we are not staying.

This hotel showed better online. When you get there, it doesn’t look as good. The hotel is old. The beds are like sleeping on a board. The A/C unit is so loud. The tv remote didn’t work with the tv. They didn’t have enough clean towels, so they took some from other rooms. The person next to us was cussing & yelling. The bathroom didn’t look clean at all.

This place was a great deal and served its purpose. It’s an older property and showing its age. I inspected for bed bugs and found none, which is wonderful - you can find them in any place. The breakfast was very basic, bread, cereal, biscuits with gravy? And occasionally there was sausage, but not a patty but crumbles. On the other hand at that price point it’s amazing they can provide breakfast at all, so I shouldn’t complain. The area around seemed safe enough, but also just a place with empty lots and wind blown trash

I’m really sorry I have a feeling they are picking up this property of poorly back history and they are fresh in someone else’s disaster of bad ownership. They’re bitten at anything to stay a float . Property breakfast rooms . They need a hero . Their kindness is awsomeif they didn’t have that I would say they need to be shut down . But I would give them another shot because here’s something bigger and I think there trying to fix it.

Worst overnight stay experience in recent memory.
No towels when we got there. Manager said they would bring them to us. I had to go looking for them at about midnight.
No shower curtain.
The toilet leaked water out under the base every time you flushed.
I mentioned the above information to the manager and got no concession at all.

First room was an adjoining room and noisy but was moved to far North End upstairs and was quiet. Nice breakfast 6.30 to 9.30 AM--Eggs, biscuits and Gravy Cereals Milk, mini- muffins juice coffee.

Room was okay but walls were paper thin - noises coming from adjacent rooms kept us awake during the night. Will not be staying here again.

I was charged over $140 because they said there were towels damaged. I do not know what I could have done to damage the towels and there is no way the quality of the towels amounted to over $5
