De ligging van het hotel is ok, op loopafstand van Plaza Independiencia. De kamers bieden voldoende ruimte. We hadden een balkon met een zitje, maar omdat er een boom voor stond was er weinig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. De service kan beter en vooral efficienter. We waren met de nachtbus uit Buenos Aires gekomen en waren te vroeg om in te checken. Geen probleem, we konden onze bagage achterlaten en later terugkomen. Toen we terugkwamen om in te checken, hebben we een hele tijd moeten wachten omdat de dame achter de receptie (die overigens geen Engels sprak) uitgebreid in gesprek was met iemand anders. Hoeveel moeite was het geweest om ons even de slutel te geven? Alle formaliteiten hadden we 's ochtends immers al afgehandeld. Voor de volgende dag hadden we een excursie geboekt. We wilden nog wat spullen uit de kamer halen, maar de key card bleek niet meer te werken. Snel naar de receptie, waar dezelfde dame stond. Het duurde heel lang voordat ze het probleem met de sleutel had opgelost. Toen ik vertelde dat ik hast had omdat de chauffeur van het busje al stond te wachten zei ze : I' m not a robot. Nogal respectloos. De andere medewerkers waren wel vriendelijk. Mede gelet op de prijs zou ik volgende keer een andere keuze maken.

Just returned home after a 17 night visit to Uruguay and Argentina stayed at this hotel from 24th to 28th april ,it was by far the best hotel we stayed at couldnt find any fault at all Location is excellent our room was facing plaza chile which is a short walk from the central square.Staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was great what else can i say would recommend to anyone and hopefully if we visit Mendoza again we can stay here.

Great balcony, breakfast the only hotel in our 3 week Argentina visit that provided hand cream. Hotel also had bikes. Quiet area walking distance to park and other pedestrian areas. Hotel also has parking and Netflix. Highly recommended.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Very nice breakfast included as well. The property also has bikes available. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It will a little bit of a walk to any of the tourist areas and that is the only reason I am not rating it a perfect 5. There was also great parking here. I would probably stay here again even though it is a bit far from all the local walking things we did just because it was so nice, clean and the staff were wonderful.

I was going to give it a three star based on the property but the helpful staff makes it a 5 star. I beleive they are renovating presently so don’t be put off by the corridors. The rooms are large, the hotel is just three blocks to the Main Street for excellent restaurants. NOTE Uber will not take credit cards here and unless you have cash for taxis you are out of luck! Make sure you save some pesos for the cab to the airport.

I would stay here again. Location was excellent, front desk service very friendly and helpful with good advice about where to eat and sightsee. We were able to borrow bicycles to go along the bike path which is right out front of the hotel. Bikes not in the best of shape but we didn’t have any problems apart from one seat being too low and we couldn’t raise it. We biked to Parque General San Martin - about 10 blocks away. And the park has bike paths too! Housekeeping people very nice, although rooms and linens a bit tired. We felt safe and welcome there.

Bed was super comfy. AC worked great. One English tv channel. Breakfast was perfect... dinner in their restaurant was ok. Desk staff was very helpful and had excellent English. Clean. Acrosd from Chile plaza park. We had a great stay. No complaints at all.
