Отель свежий, чисто, комфортно. Расположен рядом с автобусным терминалом, что очень удобно для путешественников. Завтраки нормальные. На ресепшен приветливый, доброжелательный персонал. Мне не хватало чайника в номере, но это скорее всего не принято в Аргентинских отелях.

I picked this location to stay close to the Mendoza Bus Terminal as I had a 1-day layover. The hotel was conveniently situated for this purpose, and ticked all the boxes for me - well priced, good amenities, convenient location. The property is just steps away from the bus terminal, and can be accessed via an underpass next to the McDonald's. Best to access the hotel via the McDonald's parking lot. Staff were friendly and provided good service despite me not speaking much Spanish. They held my bag for the day while I explored Mendoza, and allowed me to use the facilities at the end of the day while I waited for my bus. Hotel is newly built as of 2024 and my room was adequate for my needs. Wifi was good and there was good water pressure for the shower. Complimentary breakfast was fairly standard in my opinion, but there were hot food options, which was nice. It also opened until 10, which provided some flexibility for me. I couldn't figure out where the pool was, but it wasn't that important to me, so I didn't follow up on this - perhaps someone else can post about this in another review. It would have been nice to have a shower facility for travellers leaving on night buses (just shower, no room), but that was a minor thing for me. Could be a potential opportunity for the hotel since I couldn't find this service anywhere near the bus terminal.

It is close to the bus terminal but still have to walk from the outside to the hotel. And the breakfast is not too fresh, especially the bread. Some of the edges of the sanitary bath equipment are too sharp, it might be easier to get hurt from them.

Super helpful staff, very kind and accommodating. Allowed me to do work in the lounge long after checkout while awaiting a departing bus.

Very neat

Schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer und einem kleinen Pool in der Anlage. Das Frühstück war okay, könnte man besser machen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und der Bus Verkehr sehr laut! Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert, obwohl es ein neues Hotel ist. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im dann den Bus zu nehmen, ist es perfekt. Man ist auch zu Fuß,schnell in der Stadt.

O Hotel é novo. Tudo, no entanto parece terceirizado. Quartos pequenos, o nosso muito barulhento, no térreo e de frente para avenida. Passavam pessoas a 5 metros da janela. A cama era boa, porém o banheiro é minúsculo. Não tem onde colocar suas coisas de banheiro. Muita variação de temperatura na água. Por falar em água, ficamos algumas vezes sem água para comprar. No quarto não tem nada para snack, nem água. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Nada para comprar, nem gelo. Vale o registro da simpatia dos recepcionistas, Valentina e Rafael!
