Just back from a wonderful stay here for 7 nights. Check in was seamless with Noelia being an exceptional receptionist/manager. We had a lovely bright room on the 1st floor. Everything was spotless in the room and the grounds were lovely. If I had some advice I would probably ask that they update the TV channels to some English ones. The bedroom are a little sparse but the beds were very comfortable. A few little things and this place would be fantastic. Its location is ideal. There are sufficient beds near the pool as well as naturist ones on the rooftop. I will return soon.

Myself and my wife stayed here for a week in March. We were swiftly picked up at the airport by transport organised by the property. On arrival it was just wowwww, the pool and gardens beautifully lit up and the apartment with balcony was great. It is only a 5 min walk to the prominade and a further 10 mins to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants. The gardens are very well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the balcony day or night overlooking the palm trees and plants. There was never any problem getting a sunbed and plenty of areas in the shade to get out of the warm sun. The room was well maintained and cleaned every 2 days(towels and sheets changed as well). The only thing about our room was that we were wakened early morning with the bins being emptied and deliveries being made to the hotel close by. On one occasion, we discovered lots of small ants in one of the cupboards but this was swiftly dealt with by the very helpful female who was at reception. She and another guy manned the reception desk and we found both to be very pleasant and very helpful any time we asked for assistance or advice. This was our 3rd time to Gran Canaria and was deff our favourite area and accommodation. We ate in diff restaurants and didn't have one bad meal. We can't wait to go back and cant recommend Eden enough, peaceful and quiet and yet close enough to everything, with fantastic staff.

We have visiting Melonaras for over 10 years and have stayed in numerous apartments / hotels in that time and have really enjoyed our visits. Melonaras is a quiet resort with some nice restaurants, lovely beach, and a nice promenade. This year we decided to return to Melonaras and booked Eden Melonaras for 15 nights from 30th May to 14th June through ***********. We were familiar with the location of the apartments which is in the very well-maintained grounds / gardens adjacent to a 5-star hotel and close to the beach and restaurants. We booked the apartment in October 2022 and requested a top floor, quiet apartment through the *********** reservation messaging facility and we received confirmation from *********** that our request had been granted by the apartment management. Everything seemed fine and we were looking forward to returning to Melonaras. We arrived at Eden Melonaras at approximately 8 pm, the reception was closed as it is only open from 12 noon until 6pm but the key was left in a key safe outside the reception. We collected the key to our apartment (no. 104) and discovered that the apartment we were allocated was ground floor so our request for a top floor, quiet apartment was obviously ignored or overlooked. The apartment was very small and can be best described as a hallway with a bathroom off it. There was no natural light anywhere in the apartment which meant that inside was constantly dark. The next day we went to reception at 12 noon and explained to the lady at the reception desk that the room was not what we had been promised. She seemed a little indifferent to our situation and said that *********** should not have given us the confirmation of a top floor apartment as they were priced at a higher rate per night and there was none available anyway, but she would check with her manager. We explained that we would pay the additional rate, but we would need to know as soon as possible as if there was no availability as we would need to find alternative accommodation. After an hour the receptionist called us to let us know that a top-floor apartment was available the following day but there would be a supplement charge of €170. We decided to accept this option and paid the supplement and moved to the top floor apartment hoping to put the situation behind us and start to enjoy our holiday. This whole situation could have been easily avoided if the different apartment location rates were transparent on the *********** website. After the second day in the new apartment, a group of teenage girls moved into the apartment next to ours and another group in the same party into the end apartment opposite. The loud music on the balcony started at about 7pm and usually ended at 12.30 - 1.00 am. The next day we mentioned the issue to the lady at reception and she said there had been other complaints and if it continued, they would be asked to leave. We explained that we have no problem with people enjoying themselves on holidays,

Fantastic accommodation, plus it's situated in a great location. The area is upmarket and by far one of the best beaches in the world, super clean and huge... plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets, shops, and the surrounding area is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and isn't built up like some of the neighbouring resorts. There is an abundance of bars, beach bars, late night coffee shops. restaurants, and high-end designer shops. The apartments are well-maintained, and have everything you need for a delightful stay. The grounds are unique, beautiful and very peaceful and tranquil, and are very well-maintained. There is a road outside, but it carries little traffic and was never a problem in terms of noise) I thought we might have problems with insects, but we were unaffected throughout our entire stay. Plus I didn't see one cockroach inside our apartment or within the grounds, which I have had problems with before in other hotels within the same area. The windows do not have insect screen, although we left the window fully open most nights and had no issues. The Aircon is 10 euros per day. During our stay all the apartments were in use, however, it was never crowded and often we had the entire grounds to ourselves some days. However, the only letdown would be... that there are no curtains in the living room/kitchen area and therefore guests can appear straight into your accommodation, if you leave the bathroom door open on the first floor, guests can also see straight in while showering. - Not an issue, just remember to close the door. The grounds are safe, and ideal for families with small children, the gates lock and there are also safety gates to enter the pool. The grounds attract lots of small tropical birds which was great, and I even saw a few hedgehogs some mornings. The pool is ideal for dipping, many have said that the pool was small although it's not huge, but it's not super small either. The vibe is very chilled and quite... relaxing. And it's beautifully lit up in the evenings. In terms of crowd, it was very mixed... families, groups, couples, and LGBTQ-friendly. - All ages. The lower ground floor rooms, are well-shaded with plants and offer more privacy and direct access into the garden area. Room 109 is a private separate bungalow set in the grounds, with a private terrace that is hidden with a vast array of plants. For those that are wheelchair friendly, I'm going to sadly say No... Steps to enter the pool, steps to enter the garden and including all higher floors, the bathroom is not fully fitted for wheelchair use, nor are the kitchens. The showers would not be unstable to fit a wheelchair. - Although your better option would be to contact the hotel and ask for room 109 as this is situated directly in the gardens, with a path from the main entrance. While some of the lower ground rooms are at street level. ( although there are steps leading into the gardens front the front terrace, but it's

So, it's mostly good. Ideal for couples who want to escape. Melineras is a safe area with mostly 5 star hotels. One letdown is the standard or quality of restaurants. Food is generally poor.

This is a really nice clean hotel with nice apartments. Sunbeds at the garden and at the rooftop. Near to the beach and restaurants. Very quite and relaxing with trees and flowers everywhere. There are everything you need in the kitchen and apartments are big for two people. Easy to get to by bus from the airport.

Кнопка над унитазом в е время не работала и вываливалась. Бегали тараканы. Кровать была очень низкой и скрипучей. Нечем было укрыться. Постельное было старое и выстиранное.
