It was not as expected
In my opinion not better than a 4 stars hotel
SPA is nothing
Lights are broken / not working in the whole hotel
Dirty also in the rooms also in the SPA which is for a 5 stars limited
Pool outside only working in the summer insight very cold
So go and book not this one

酒店位置甚好，盡覽絕美湖光山色，渡假不錯，但酒店在路邊晚上有車經過有少許噪音，到市中心區較遠，除酒店餐廳，無其他選擇

We hebben kritiekpunten die het vijfsterren niveau dat wordt gesuggereerd beperkt, namelijk het beperkte ontbijt, zelfs een gekookt ei ontbrak, en de hoge prijzen, voor een glas bier betaal je 15 Euro en voor het huren van een boortje ben je ook zo een paar honderd Euro armer, beperkte akoestische isolatie, de buren hoor je praten zeg maar en degene die het enige oplaadpunt beheert doet ovendien zijn werk niet, waardoor dit niet gebruikte kan worden door een ieder. Om over de trage wifi verbinding nog maar te zwijgen. Wij vonden het niks. Drie sterren in plaats van vijf.

Bad hospitality, bad room service, and rooms are very noisy because of their bar and when you complain they have no solutions (they offered ear plugs lol). I thought by choosing a higher grade room, i will be privileged, while it was the total opposite. I was blamed that I booked the hotel 2 days ago (so no good rooms for me) Its not even close to 4 starts. I would only recommend to have breakfast to enjoy the view, otherwise, I would NOT RECOMMEND to stay here

The location is about 5 miles from city center but they have a shuttle that takes people back and forth several times a day. Right on the lake . Air conditioning never cooled the room. Too hot to sleep well . Bed was not comfortable . Like a board so If you like very firm will be happy. Staff were very kind and accommodating . Breakfast was quite good and plentiful. Lovely spa .

The hotel is perfect! Everything is at very high level. The room was big, clean and bright. It is with good location and perfect view. The restaurant of the hotel (the breakfast one) is lovely. The breakfast is one idea simple. Highly recommended
