De service, klantvriendelijkheid was niet naar behoren. Juist voor een hotel op deze plek, de prijs die je betaald is dat niet op orde. Kamer cleaning service kwam bij ons pas om 16u op de deur kloppen terwijl wij net terug waren van het skiën. Mijn dochter sliep maar ze vroegen ons de kamer voor half 5 te verlaten om de kamer schoon te maken. Want dan kon het personeel op tijd naar huis!! Gekke situatie. Ook vroegen we om handdoeken en toiletpapier, maar deze werd niet gebracht? We moesten er opnieuw naar vragen, dat is erg ongemakkelijk en daarom slechte service vinden wij. Voor kinderen is het ontbijt niet erg veilig, snoeihete borden die net uit de afwas komen, daar brandde mijn dochter haar handen bijna aan. Evenals de glazen. Daarnaast staat er een waterkoker met kokend water voor eieren op kindhoogte. Dit geldt ook voor een hete toaster. Al met al waren wij niet tevreden en komen hier niet meer terug helaas..

Pluspunten: Goed bed, propere kamer, ruime keuze bij ontbijt met lekkere koffie, goed bad en douche, douchegel en shampoo van Rituals, mooi uitzicht vanop het balkon, inclusief bracelet om naar het zwembad en sauna te gaan in Le palais. Minpunten: De airco werkte niet goed, het bleef heel warm in de kamer zelfs met de airco op maximum. Er stond slechts 1 stoel op het balkon, na 2x vragen hebben ze wel een t****e stoel gebracht. De meeste personeelsleden waren vriendelijk, maar er waren enkele onvriendelijke.

This hotel has sadly degraded big time since last year. First They mixed up room reservations last minute for our friends. Hotel Restaurant was closed for half the week we stayed for a private function - our kids couldn’t eat or order room service. There is a shortage of staff in general and no one to help with carrying luggage at check out - absurd! It’s a real shame because the property is perfectly located and has great potential to be a great customer experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern, stylish hotel. The hotel is located on the edge of the pedestrian village and has underground parking - for a fee - which we found extremely useful. Our upgraded room included a small balcony with nice views of the snow capped mountains. Other big plus points are the supermarket which is just next door as is the Ride ski shop (which provided probably the best service we have ever experienced from a ski shop). There's also a complimentary shuttle service to take you to and from the main ski lifts. The hotel does not have a Spa or pool. However, almost next-door there's the huge Le Palais sport complex - which the hotel provides complementary access to - which included a large gym, lap pool and a wonderfully heated indoor/outdoor spa complex (bring a towel to avoid a €5 charge and note that men need to wear budgie smugglers or tight trunks which you can purchase from a vending machine). The hotel also has a nice, cosy bar and good Wi-Fi throughout. The buffet breakfast was adequate and all self service. We would definitely recommend this place.

Really lovely hotel that was perfect for a 2 night stay in Megeve .Fantastic pool and helpful staff . Parking cost 15€ a day underground. Drinks expensive but to be expected in the Alps! G&T 18€ Very central and easy to find. Breakfast was ok but nothing special and was extra.

Admittedly, i was a tad worried. i know megeve extremely well, been going for decades. i usually stay in a tiny hotel in mont d'arbois but this time, with a young son in tow, had to choose an hotel with more space. being an accor client i chose novotel. i spent a week and honestly i couldn't be happier. they gave me a week free garage pass, room was ok (220), enough for us two. very good breakfast. lovely staff indeed. i would go back and i might in february. only issue is that is the hottest period of the year for french school holidays and rooms are double the current rate. plus they ask for a large deposit... still thank you novotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two children and had the best time. The room was very well equipped, the hotel nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly. It had everything we needed and more. It was fabulous to be able to use the leisure centre, which is situated directly next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel overall, great service, great location and room wqs nice and the views from the balcony are awesome.
Only issue we had, ehich seems to be common in Europe is that the air conditioning barely works, to try and get anything cooler in your room then about 72 is nearly impossible. Experienced that problem at every hotel in Europe this year.
