Service is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.

Arrived at the hotel and upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately poor standard poor selection of meals breakfast was okay dinner was not great not many options

Room was not cleaned one day for some reason. Some staff were very helpful. Some less so. I would choose another option.

Great stay! So close to masjid, excellent breakfast, immaculately clean property despite ongoing renovations. Excellent experience during check in. Special shout out to Fahad for the friendly face and service every morning at breakfast during our stay!

We have stayed at Intercontinental for a short stay, but it was a great stay.
The Hotel location is just few steps from the Haram.
Room size are big enough to relax, and fully serviced.
Hotel staff were helpful, and kind enough to accept our early check in.
Special thanks for Fahad Khan who served us during breakfast, he was kind, helpful and professional.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures, they are very deceiving. The rooms are smelly, the bathrooms are broken and very outdated. This is far from the “intercontinental” standards. I felt like staying in a 3 star hotel.
We ordered room service and the food got us sick. Very pricey. DO NOT Stay here. Pick another hotel
