The location was in the heart of the city where everything happens. There were many clubs. Many restaurant options. A lot of taxis that you could get around. Location was great.

They asked me to pay Colombian fees with American passport and proof of residence, totally out of the Colombian law, how that’s possible!!! Never that happen before in another hotel Colombia.
Room was terrible, pretty laud, next time I can find a better place for the same price.

Great Hotel. I liked it the last time I stayed a year and a half ago. I just stayed again, and there is a new ownership. I loved the staff. They are very helpful, and some speak good English. Two blocks to the Park. What more can I say?

Lleras tracks personnel who visit you and charges 90mil pesos per visitor. I will not stay there again. My group and I have stayed there multiple times, we will not be back.

The staff was very attentive and responsive. The hotel was very clean, Breakfast was good. The location is perfect.

The first night not hot water , the base of the bed make noises , the towels were hard as cardboard.
