Great area, quite, clean, 24 hours front desk. Nice staff always willing to help, good WiFi for remote work, and there is a nice restaurant onsite. Breakfast buffet is perfect.

I had dinner and they charged me four times the price, as soon as I realized about it I asked for a refund and they promised they will do it, but in the end I never got my money back. Also I had over a 100$ in my luggage and suddenly it disappeared. I would not recommend this hotel, and it was too noisy.

It has a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast or work or just hang out. Breakfast is great.

Stayed for 4 nights and I would stay again when I visit Medellin again. They are really working hard to correct all the deficiencies from the bad reviews. Breakfast was nice and rooms were clean. Worth the money to stay here. Restaurants are near the hotel but you will have to take a taxi or ride share app to get to the metro. Hotel staff was hard working and very kind, and some speak very good English. I read many reviews about this Hotel but can assure you I did not experience anything bad. I will say the noise in the hallways carries if people are talking or shutting the doors but relatively quiet later in evening. I can assure you I have stayed in hotels in over 60+ countries and they provide the basic necessities you need.

Simply, the double bed room for a single person is perfect. An option, to mainstream hotels.

Booked for 6 days, checked out the next day for a different hotel.
The property is way overcharged for what is delivered. Not taking anything away from the helpful staff (only bright side), the property has very small rooms and in a shabby state.
I checked out in 1 day, though I booked a non-refundable for 6 days.

The location is but. Don't waste your time or calorie eating the food from the hotel. The fix breakfast was bad, i order room service and it was bad too.. la propiedad esta en un buen logar pero la comidad es pesima. Tanto como el desayuno gratito como el biste k no es churrasco ero lo venden como tal.
