This hotel is so modern and new with a beautiful rooftop bar and pool. They have a great steam room and private Jacuzzi overlooking the city. The beds here are unbelievable with beautiful sheets. The rules are so quiet and roomy. I love this hotel and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels.

The staff was really nice and attentive! Adolfo was serving us in the mornings for breakfast and he was making sure you enjoyed your breakfast and you felt looked after. The staff in the roof top bar was also super nice! We loved the food also. The pool was just unreal and wasn’t very busy so it felt very private and the views were spectacular!

I loved Binn Hotel so much. Comfortable bed and clean room always! The staff was so welcoming at all times. They even knew my name. The pool and jacuzzi was always so warm and relaxing. Special thanks to Alfredo for his great hospitality🫶🏻 Nuff love from Jamaica!

This is the most amazing hotel in Medellin. First and foremost, I travel to Medellin somewhat frequently for personal reasons. Each time I've traveled, I've tried a different hotel in hopes of finding the "perfect spot" everytime I'm in town. I've found it. It has the look and feel of luxury, but at a tremendous value. The location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-finished. The rooftop has one of the most breathtaking views of an beautiful city. Daniel, Juan Camilo, Raul, Farid, Andrea and the rest of the staff are incredibly hospitable and will make your stay very memorable. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Medellin.

beautiful location, beautiful building and decor. And beautiful friendly staff. Everyone is so friendly, nice, and the service was outstanding. Food is excellent and the breakfast buffet that is included was so good and very pretty. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone.

The hotel was very nice, quiet and recently renovated. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing views and music. The jacuzzi and steam room broke and water was cold. Gym was nice too.

Pros: Quiet location, Nice gym, Nice terrace top bar with pool and great views, modern rooms with panoramic views of Medellin, nice breakfast with great choices, excellent service with a great smile. Cons: not within walking distance of Poblado and the malls. Taxis are needed to commute. Bathroom is small and tight. Shower stall is small, just one sink with toilet next to it. Terrace top bar has a restaurant with no dinner served. They can open up this area with great food that can be brought upstairs from the kitchen below. Christmas Eve could have used some lights and dining event to make it joyful. The hotel had nothing going on.

Excellent property, extremely clean and top-notch service. Brand new hotel with the most amazing views of the city and breathtaking rooftop infinity pool. The included breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this property.

The individuals working at the front desk were extremely rude. Just know if you booked this hotel. You cannot have your friends visit you after 5 PM. They will charge you for each friend you have. I will never stay there again because they ruin my vacation.
