Geboekt voor vrienden en ze zeiden dat het niet slecht was, maar ze woonden er niet voor de t****e keer. Vrienden die naar Indonesië komen, moeten adapters kopen. Anders is opladen echt een groot probleem.

its a walking distance to centre point mall and subway station. got mixue cafe and mart in front of the hotel. the bedding was so comfortable and soft. the check in process quite fast. appreciate that. hot water and shower also nice. they got spa for massage with cheap price plus 100 thousand IDR discount voucher for the spa. but i wish, the spa staff would give some private time for customer during changing clothes and shower time after the massage instead of cleaning and setting up the room, walking in and out while customer changing. it was kind of disrespectful to me that i dont want to repeat the service. also my whole session should be 90 minutes (traditional massage ) & ear candling (45 minutes). start at 12.20 pm but end at 2 pm. so definitely not recommended if you want to pay for the correct amount of time you get. the hotel do have storage service for luggage just in case you want to go out / to the mall after check out time before going back to the airport. I will repeat the stay but not the spa service.

A good hotel choice when you arrived by airport train or have a morning flight on the next day. Nice size of the room, best location, friendly security, front office, housekeeping crew.
However the breakfast service was very lame.
Ordered "sunny side-up", but never came until 30 minutes when I finished my meal and no longer need it. I was sitting on the table right facing the egg corner. The staff busy chatting each other, and the restaurant leader busy with his mobile phone on the welcoming desk.

Overall a friendly, helpful and warm hotel staff. They upgraded us to a deluxe room when they found out that we we celebrating our honeymoon and gave us a cake. Really impress with their customer service.
Room is clean, neat and tidy. Good housekeeping with sufficient amenities.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city. Centre Point is right beside the hotel, where as other famous eateries and shopping places are just walking distance from the hotel. Train to airport is just a stone throw away.
Highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Very close to the train station and city center. Price is also affordable. Hotel is a little old but for the price it is very worth it.
