WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Northlake

When I got there after receiving a confirm of my reservation from ******* the hotel said they were full and couldn’t honor the reservation and that I would need to contact ******* for a refund.

I am writing regarding my recent stay at your Woodspring Suites Charlotte Northlake location. My party and I arrived in town for the J.Cole concert and checked in at approximately 5:30 PM. After receiving our keys, we left immediately for the concert. Upon returning to the room later that night, we discovered the following issues: - The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained. - One of the two towels provided in the room was dirty and stained. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with the staff member on duty. I was told that nothing could be done at that time because the clean linens and towels were locked up until the morning. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no other rooms were available. At checkout, I spoke with the manager, Nautica, and showed her photos of the room's condition. She apologized and stated she wanted to provide a refund, but could not do so directly as the reservation was made through *******. She instructed me to contact you and mentioned that she would also be reaching out to you to resolve this. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss a resolution. Thank you,

The facility is very clean, the front desk agents were very welcoming and informative about the property and amenities that they offer. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I will definitely come back to the property whenever I visit Charlotte again.

The guy at the front desk charged me additional $100 when I tried to extend my room but the day before when a woman extended her room he didn't charge her nothing when I say addition $100 I mean a extra $100 deposit he said you have to pay $100 deposit every time you extend the room which I've never heard before in my life are extra hundred dollars deposit even if you don't change rooms

Everything was pretty much excellent. The hallways had a funny smell but clean, and the TV didn't work well like the channels had a bad connection. But overall I would rate my stay a 9 and I would return if I'm back that way again. The lady that check us in she was very nice.

The front lobby was closed so no one was there to greet the guest which led me to try and find another hotel on short notice. The front desk eventually opened up but then closed shortly after checking me and my family in. There was no staff on site to assist the guest. The security was not there because the doors remained unlocked all night. The room didn’t have any soap lotion cups plates iron, ironing board, or any other amenities. It was literally just a place to sleep. My blanket had makeup on it. The room had a foul odor. I guess you get what you paid for.

Never seen anything like that. No amenities whatsoever. Needed an iron they asked me to leave my ID with them so I can bring the iron from the from desk to the room and take back.

Clean room No extras but we knew that going in. We were visiting family so just wanted a clean place to sleep and shower. It definitely worked for us.

Clean room my only issue was the AC not cooling the room. It was extremely hot all night.
