Our group from Norwegian Viva Cruise Line was homebound May 16, 2024 Thursday for IAD Dulles International Airport Washington, DC from Venice. Our flight from Venice to Dublin was delayed due to unknown reason, therefore we missed our connection from Dublin to Washington Dulles. Aer Lingus, provided us hotel accommodation at Trim Ireland - Knightsbrook Hotel and Golf Resort. The customer assistant who assisted us was lady named Michelle Hadlo or Hallo. She is very professional of all the regulations. She assisted us above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills, cheerful, kind and demonstrated the skills of seasoned customer assistant. She delayed all our anxieties. Our departure from hotel to the airport is scheduled at 0630am May 17, 2024 Friday. Michelle made arrangements to have delicious continental breakfast for all the passenger affected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelle and the STAFF of Knightsbrook Hotel.
