Very clean rooms, excellent people! Great breakfast included, and very kid friendly. Probably the best room I have stayed in ever.

Upon arrival the hotel looked abandoned. We drove around the building and saw a dryer going and someone sitting in the laundry room. I went in to check in no one at the front desk had to ring bell. Lobby was dark and uninviting. Got little to no sleep very noisy. Morning desk clerk was very friendly and a**osphere was a bit nicer.

no refrigerator in room unreal unreal small room not a chair that a man could relax. got there they chaged me a $3.00 and something on my card for something i never heard of

Don’t hesitate to stay off Exit 3. Everybody raves about the hotels on Exit 4, but this little gem won’t disappoint. It was very clean, smelled so good. Not like the normal musty hotel. Smelled like good candles burning. I believe the owners or management stayed on site, so literally if you had a problem they were right there to take care of it. Staff was friendly and it was quiet other than road noise.

Very dirty, room smelled like mildew and urine, hair in shower, bathroom fan didn’t work and was covered in a thick layer of dust, furniture was covered in dust and grime, we could only find an ice machine on the first floor and it was out of ice next to a drink machine that was out of order, tables and chairs were crammed together in the dining area downstairs, overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in — nothing like the pictures.

This hotel smelled badly and when we pulled down the sheets there was a dirty bandage in the bed and comforter badly stained. We left and are hoping for a refund.

Lack of management! NO ONE AT THE Front desk...they 'hide out' behind the front desk...both in the evening(check in) and in the AM. Trash can full, liter in the parking lot...just no one cares. The 'bones' of the property are OK with possibility but without someone with 'boots on the ground' this place will only go one way...down.

The carpet needed to be vacuumed but the rest of the room was very clean. The breakfast was great and it was quiet at night. Had a pool indoors!
