Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием.
Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

Beautiful hotel. We wished we had more time to spend around the hotel to enjoy the beautiful place. The rooms did seem dated but we did get more of the basic room. We want to go back and look around.

I was passing through and stayed only one night before flight to Baltimore. I had no complaints about this hotel.

This is the worst hotel you can possibly book. Rooms are old with heavily soiled carpets and smelly. The emergency alarm went off 3 times during 1 night. When I attempted to reach the front desk I realized the phone call went to a guest room instead. Total disarray! Awful experience!!!

As soon as you walk into the room you can smell the humidity was very strong. The a/c sounds horrible we barely got some sleep. We heard people fighting in the middle of the night. Lobby and patio look amazing but the need to work on tge rooms

Cute place, but seemed like walking through a maze to get to our room. Elevators could use an upgrade. Our airport shuttle driver was very helpful, offered to take us to a local taco eatery when we arrived at 1am. Hotel has a very old town, elegant vibe, would definitely stay here again.

First of all always had trouble with the card key for the door kept deprograming and the air conditioner did not work could not turn down the heat told front desk
